The wine is medium gold in colour; persistent perlage of small bubbles. Clean nose of moderate plus intensity; aromas of ripe stone fruits, canned pineapple, white flowers, cream, bread toast and minerality. On the palate, the wine with a light sweetness (brut), with moderate very well integrated alcohol, high juicy acidity, a medium body, moderate plus fruity concentration on the medium finish with notes of stone fruit and cream. Very good quality; complex, developing and noble aromatics with a clear lees ageing component combined with elegant fruit and minerality; on the palate, the wine is very well balanced, delicate, mouth-coating and concentrated. Ready for drinking with potential for further development in the bottle (3-4 years).
