This wine is medium lemon-yellow in colour. A varietally pure, floral, mineral nose of medium intensity that gives a positive first impression, with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, pear, white flowers, wet stone and flint. This very light-bodied wine is fresh, elegant and zesty, as well as balanced between acidity and alcohol, but it lacks fruit concentration. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
