Torrontés Riojano
Torrontés Riojano is a white grape variety mainly used for still dry wine production. It is believed to originally come from Argentina. It is a mid-budding and early-ripening grape variety with big bunches and berries. It is susceptible to downy mildew and botrytis bunch rot (grey mold). Torrontés Riojano typically produces monovarietal wines. Fermentation usually takes place in stainless steel tanks, maturation – in stainless steel tanks.
