Sary Pandas
Sary Pandas is a white grape variety currently used for still dry wine production. It is believed to originally come from Crimea (Russia). It is a grape variety that buds and ripens late, with compact, medium-sized bunches and thin-skinned berries of medium size. It is relatively susceptible to fungal diseases, but is winter-hardy. Sary Pandas сan produce monovarietal wines but is often used in blends with different grape varieties. A classic blending partner is Kokur Belyy. Fermentation usually takes place in stainless steel tanks, maturation – in stainless steel tanks.
