Greco
Greco is a white grape variety used for still dry wine production. It is believed to originally come from Italy. It is a member of the Greco group. It is a late-ripening grape variety with medium-sized to big bunches and berries of medium size. It is susceptible to downy and powdery (oidium) mildews and botrytis bunch rot (grey mold). Greco typically produces monovarietal wines. Fermentation usually takes place in stainless steel tanks, maturation – in stainless steel tanks.
