Arneis
Arneis is a white grape variety used for still dry wine production. It is believed to originally come from Roero in Piedmont (Italy). It is a mid- to late-ripening grape variety with compact, medium-sized bunches and berries of medium size. It is susceptible to powdery mildew (oidium), though tolerant to downy mildew. Arneis typically produces monovarietal wines. Fermentation usually takes place in stainless steel tanks, maturation – in stainless steel tanks.
