This sparkling wine is pale lemon-yellow in colour. It has a fruity, floral nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of apple, lemon, grass and white flowers. It is fresh, with crispy acidity on the extremely light-bodied palate, although it lacks complexity, concentration and length, while the bubbles are coarse. Ready for drinking.
