This sparkling wine is medium onion-skin in colour. It has a very simple nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of strawberry. It is missing both complexity and acidity on the light-bodied palate, with only bubbles of medium persistence, leading to an empty, disintegrated finish. Ready for drinking.
