This sparkling wine is pale lemon-yellow in colour, with fine bubbles. It has a fruity, yeasty and floral nose of moderate intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of apple, lemon, cream, butter, brioche, acacia and white flowers. It is fresh, elegant and balanced on the very light-bodied palate, with persistent bubbles, although it is lacking concentration and complexity on the medium finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-2 years).
