This sparkling wine is pale apricot in colour, with fine bubbles. It has a fruity, creamy nose of moderate intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, yoghurt and cream. It is balanced, fresh and elegant on the light-bodied palate, though it somewhat lacks concentration and complexity, ending in a medium finish. Ready for drinking.
