This sparkling wine is pale lemon-green in colour. It has a simple, fresh, fruity, floral nose, with aromas of green apple, apple, lemon, pear and white flowers. The bubbles are quite unappealing and coarse on the very light-bodied and slightly empty palate that lacks concentration, culminating in a shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
