This sparkling wine is medium apricot in colour, with fine bubbles. It has a yeasty, fruity nose of medium-plus intensity with nice autolysis, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of cream, brioche, strawberry, grapefruit, orange zest and raspberry. It is fresh, elegant and balanced on the medium-bodied palate with good mouthfeel, vibrant acidity and persistent bubbles, although it is not very complex and quite short on the finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
