Grape variety: Nebbiolo

This wine is pale garnet in colour. It has a fresh, quite varietally pure nose of moderate intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of cherry, leather, liquorice, rose and oak. It is quite balanced on the full-bodied palate, with smooth acidity and ripe tannins, although it is a rather jammy on the medium finish. Ready to drink but has potential for ageing (1-3 years).
