This wine is deep ruby in colour. It has a fruity, spicy and floral nose of quite pronounced intensity, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackthorn, plum, garrigue, black pepper, oak and peony. It is fresh, elegant, concentrated and quite balanced on the full-bodied palate, with the smooth acidity, ripe tannins and nicely integrated alcohol in harmony, although it is not very complex and the finish is shorter than expected. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
