This sparkling wine is medium straw-yellow in colour, with fine bubbles. It has attractive nose of quite pronounced intensity, with aromas of apple, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, acacia flower, honey, orange blossom and cream. It is fresh, elegant and nicely balanced on the medium-bodied palate, with crisp acidity and persistent bubbles, culminating in a medium finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (2-3 years).
