This sparkling wine is medium salmon in colour. It has a fairly simple, fresh and fruity nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of strawberry and redcurrant. It has started to fade on the extremely light-bodied palate that lacks concentration and complexity, culminating in a shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
