This sparkling wine is medium straw-yellow in colour. It has an appealing, layered nose of quite pronounced intensity, with some autolysis, with aromas of cream, beeswax, apple, pineapple, lemon, pear, fresh-cut grass, acacia flower and apricot. It is less intense on the extremely light-bodied palate and lacks complexity and concentration. Ready for drinking.
