This sparkling wine is pale lemon-green in colour with fine bubbles. It has a fruity, floral nose of moderate intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of lemon, apple, green apple, grass and white flowers. It is fresh and elegant on the light-bodied palate, and although it lacks complexity and length, the bubbles are persistent. Ready for drinking.
