Grape variety: Pinot Noir
This sparkling wine is pale apricot in colour, with fine bubbles. It has a fruity, floral, mineral nose of moderate intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of redcurrant, strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, violet, wet stone and butter. It is even less intense on the light-bodied palate, with a shortish finish, although it is balanced and fresh, with crispy acidity. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
