This sparkling wine is pale lemon-yellow in colour. It has an appealingly fruity and floral nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of lemon, apple, grapefruit, green apple and white flowers. It is quite balanced and fresh on the light-bodied palate, with crisp acidity, but it really lacks complexity and concentration, with bubbles that are persistent at first but then fade quickly. Ready for drinking.
