This sparkling wine is medium lemon-yellow in colour. It has a fruity, floral nose of quite pronounced intensity, with aromas of pineapple, quince, apricot, lemon, lime, apple, acacia flower and orange blossom. It is fresh, quite intense and balanced on the very light-bodied palate, with crisp acidity and persistent bubbles, although it lacks complexity and has a shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
