This wine is deep ruby in colour. It has a fruity, spicy, floral nose of medium-plus intensity, with aromas of blackberry, sour cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, liquorice, black pepper and violet. It is fresh but also concentrated on the full-bodied palate, although it is missing balance and complexity, and the prominent tannins turn coarse on the medium finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
