This wine is medium ruby in colour. It has a fruity, floral, spicy nose of medium-plus intensity, with aromas of blackberry, cherry, raspberry, peony, black pepper and chocolate. It is fresh, fairly intense and quite balanced on the approaching full-bodied palate, although it lacks complexity and the tannins are drying on the medium finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
