Grape variety: Cabernet Franc

This wine is medium ruby in colour. It has a fruity, spicy, fairly varietal nose of pronounced intensity, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry, black pepper, leather and quite prominent oak. It is fresh, concentrated, complex and quite balanced on the full-bodied palate, with high but well-integrated alcohol, although the plentiful velvety tannins turn dry on the medium finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (3-5 years).
