Grape variety: Aligote

This sparkling wine is medium lemon-yellow in colour. It has an appealing nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of apple, lemon, artichoke, grass and hay. It is fairly balanced on the light-bodied palate, with crispy acidity, although it lacks complexity and the bubbles are not very persistent on the shortish finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
