Grape variety: Viognier

This wine is deep gold in colour. It has an appealing, somewhat varietal nose of quite pronounced intensity, with aromas of mango, apple, pear, apricot, almonds, white pepper, beeswax and butter. It is missing balance on the full-bodied palate, with a lack of both acidity and complexity, but with high alcohol, culminating in a fading, empty finish. Ready for drinking.
