This sparkling wine is medium yellow in colour. It has an appealingly fruity and mineral nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of apple, lemon and wet stone. It is initially fresh on the light-bodied palate, but is missing harmony due to a lack of acidity, modest bubbles and little complexity, culminating in a shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
