This sparkling wine is pale straw-yellow in colour. It has an appealingly fruity and floral nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of quince, lemon, apple, dried apricot, cream, fresh-cut grass and acacia flower. It is fairly balanced on the medium-bodied palate, with smooth acidity and integrated bubbles, but it misses complexity, leading to a shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
