Bukhta Omega, Sauvignon. Valery Zaharin
Republic of Crimea,
Russia,
12% vol., 600
Grape variety: Sauvignon
This wine is medium lemon-yellow in colour. It has a ripe and quite varietally pure nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of fresh-cut grass, apple, pineapple, quince and lemon. It is initially fresh on the light-bodied palate, but it fades quickly on the shortish finish, with a lack of concentration and complexity. Ready for drinking.
