This wine is medium lemon-yellow in colour. It has an appealingly spicy, fruity nose of moderate intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of white pepper, lemon, apple, lime and fresh-cut grass. It is vibrant and elegant on the extremely light-bodied palate, with crispy acidity and really restrained alcohol, though it lacks complexity and concentration on the medium finish. Ready for drinking.
