This sparkling wine is medium pink in colour, with fine bubbles. It has a fruity, mineral nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of grapefruit, cherry, strawberry and wet stone. While it is fresh and balanced on the light-bodied palate with crisp acidity and persistent bubbles, it lacks concentration, complexity and quality, culminating in a shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
