This wine is pale ruby in colour. It has a fresh, varietally pure nose of medium-plus intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of strawberry, sour cherry, cherry, redcurrant, cloves and violet. It is balanced and elegant on the light-bodied palate, with ripe tannins and restrained alcohol, although it lacks real complexity and length. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
