Grape variety: Pinot Noir

This wine is pale ruby in colour. It has a fairly varietal nose of medium-plus intensity, with aromas of strawberry, cherry, sour cherry, cloves, tobacco leaves, and an unappealing scent of wet fur. It is quite balanced and fresh on the medium-bodied palate, although the initially ripe tannins have a slightly dry edge on the fairly long finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
