Grape variety: Chardonnay; Sauvignon Blanc; Riesling

This sparkling wine is pale lemon-green in colour. It has an appealingly fruity and floral nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of apple, lemon, quince, green apple, camomile and white flowers, plus some flinty minerality. It is fairly well balanced and fresh on the extremely light-bodied palate, but misses concentration and complexity, leading to a shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
