Grape variety: Pinot Noir
This sparkling wine is pale apricot in colour. It has a fairly fresh, fruity nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of sour cherry and strawberry, with a less desired grassy scent also present. It has a lack of complexity, along with coarse bubbles on the thin and very light-bodied palate, which culminates in a shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
