This sparkling wine is medium pink in colour, with fine bubbles. It has an appealing, fruity nose of moderate intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, cherry and grapefruit. It is quite fresh balanced on the medium-bodied palate, although it lacks complexity and the bubbles are not particularly persistent, leading to an abrupt finish. Ready for drinking.
