This sparkling wine is pale lemon-green in colour. It has an appealing nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of apple, lemon, green apple, wet stone, grass and wet hay. It is fairly balanced on the light-bodied palate, but slightly dominated by the crisp acidity on the shortish finish, and also lacks complexity and concentration. Ready for drinking.
