This wine is medium straw-yellow in colour. It has an attractive, varietally pure nose of fairly pronounced intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of lemon, lemon zest, pineapple, green apple, apricot, jasmine, beeswax, honey and stony minerality. It is quite balanced on the fairly light-bodied palate, though the variety’s crispy acidity is slightly dominant and it also lacks real complexity. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (3-5 years).
