This sparkling wine is pale lemon-green in colour, with fine bubbles. It has an appealingly fruity and floral nose of medium-plus intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of apple, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, lime, lemon zest, white flowers and jasmine. It is quite balanced and elegant on the light-bodied palate, although it lacks real complexity and the bubbles are not very persistent, culminating in a medium finish. Ready for drinking.
