This wine is medium ruby in colour. It has a pleasantly maturing but also fruity nose of quite pronounced intensity, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, liquorice, black pepper and cedar. It is well balanced on the complex, fairly concentrated palate with ripe, round tannins and nicely restrained alcohol. Ready for drinking.
