This sparkling wine is pale lemon-green in colour. It has a fruity, creamy, floral nose of quite pronounced intensity and some autolysis, with aromas of green apple, pear, lemon, quince, brioche, camomile, grass, yoghurt and cream. It is elegant on the light-bodied palate with crisp acidity, fresh bubbles. Although it gives a positive first impression, it is not particularly complex, but does have chalky, salty notes. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
