This sparkling wine is pale lemon-yellow in colour, with fine bubbles. It has a fruity, creamy, floral nose of quite pronounced intensity and with some autolysis, giving a positive first impression, with aromas of apple, lemon, pear, cream, butter and white flowers. It is initially fresh on the fairly light-bodied palate with persistent bubbles, although it is missing harmony, with the high acidity not being balanced by a sufficient concentration of fruit on the shortish finish. Ready for drinking.
