This sparkling wine is pale lemon-yellow in colour. It has a fairly simple nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of apple and lemon, plus a suggestion of cork taint. It is initially fresh on the extremely light-bodied palate, although its bubbles fade quickly and the shortish finish is not entirely clean. Ready for drinking.
