This sparkling wine is pale lemon-green in colour, with fine bubbles. It has a fruity, creamy, floral nose of quite pronounced intensity and nice autolysis, with aromas of grapefruit, peach, lemon, lemon zest, cream, brioche and white flowers. While not especially complex, it is balanced and elegant on the medium-bodied palate with crisp acidity and persistent bubbles, culminating in a medium finish. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
