This wine is pale strawberry in colour with fine bubbles. It has an appealing nose of moderate intensity, with aromas of strawberry, cherry, pink pepper, cranberry and redcurrant. It is fresh on the light-bodied palate, with a mousse and finish of medium length, although it lacks concentration and complexity. Ready for drinking.
