Grape variety: Pinot Noir

This wine is pale ruby in colour. A varietally-pure nose of medium intensity with aromas of plum, cherry, raspberry and violet. This elegant, fresh but not particularly complex wine is quite well balanced with high acidity and fairly concentrated fruit, although the initially ripe tannins turn dry on the medium-bodied palate. Ready for drinking with potential for ageing (1-3 years).
