The wine is deep pink in colour. Persistent perlage of small bubbles. A fruit-driven nose of average intensity; an aroma of strawberry, cranberry, raspberry and notes of brioche and butter. A medium-bodied wine on the palate with soft acidity, light dry tannins and alcohol which is not very well-integrated; flavours of red cherry, strawberry and a bit of butter in a medium finish. Ready for drinking. Tasted blind.
